Mapping all New Product Development activity across all teams create one single innovation pipeline, to assess income potential and level of ambition.
Creating a prioritisation framework for assessing products, a shared language for defining product stages and a defined approach to portfolio and product development.
Synthesizing and defining ways of working helped collaboration between new product development teams and supported leadership in assessing innovation activity and decision making on the portfolio.
